CRMmaps is a HubSpot app, in development, that puts your records on a live map, ranks the nearest qualified people for a job, and assigns them from the map, writing the result back to HubSpot.
Coming to the HubSpot App Marketplace. Early access opens to a small group of teams first.

Open any record and see what's around it: nearby customers, open deals and the people who can get there, sorted by distance.
Every suggestion shows why it fits. Anyone who doesn't qualify is still listed, with the reason.
One click sets the owner, or links the right person or partner to the record in HubSpot. Want options first? Select a few and send each a request.
Edits on the map save to HubSpot. Changes in HubSpot show up on the map.
Add today's visits and CRMmaps puts them in the fastest order, then hands off to turn-by-turn directions on your phone.

Draw territories or build them from ZIP codes and counties. New records go to the right owner automatically.
Give each customer a protected radius or set of ZIP codes. Prospects outside them show as available, on the map and on the record's card in HubSpot. Win a customer and their area is protected automatically.
iOS and Android apps keep your maps, routes and records with you, even where there's no signal. On iPhone Duo, unfold to see the map and your list side by side.
Distances, drive times and directions follow real roads, using OpenStreetMap data.

CRMmaps is a HubSpot app, in development. It puts HubSpot records on a live map, ranks the nearest qualified people for a job with the reason each one fits, and assigns or requests them from the map, writing the result back to HubSpot. Routes, check-ins, territories and the iOS and Android apps are on its roadmap.
Yes, in beta. HubSpot's map view shows contacts or companies on a map, placed by their City, State/Region, Country/Region and Postal code properties. It needs an Enterprise subscription and enrollment in HubSpot's Flexible CRM Views beta, and it shows up to 500 records for an area. HubSpot documents it for contacts and companies only.
Use HubSpot's map view: go to CRM > Contacts, click the view type button and select Map view. It needs an Enterprise subscription and the Flexible CRM Views beta, and only contacts with address values show up. On other plans, use a mapping app from the HubSpot App Marketplace. CRMmaps is one in development, built to map deals, tickets and custom objects too.
Not by distance. HubSpot's help desk assigns tickets to available users with the fewest open tickets, or by skill, and the Rotate record to owner workflow action balances load, rotates or picks at random. None of these built-in options measure how far someone is from the job. CRMmaps is built to rank the nearest qualified people for a ticket and assign one from the map.
Use a route-planning app connected to HubSpot. HubSpot's map view shows where contacts and companies are, but HubSpot's help articles don't describe putting visits in order. Route planning is on the CRMmaps roadmap: add the day's visits from HubSpot, put them in the fastest order, then hand off to turn-by-turn directions on your phone.
HubSpot teams that send people to places: dispatchers who assign technicians or crews to jobs, sales reps who visit customers, service and operations teams who send people out, and managers who balance work across regions. CRMmaps is built to map any HubSpot object, so it fits whatever your portal uses for a job, a site or a visit.
Yes. CRMmaps is built to map contacts, companies, deals, tickets and custom objects, and to show a map card inside any of those records. Custom objects come with HubSpot Enterprise subscriptions, so CRMmaps asks for custom-object access as an option and still installs on plans without them.
Open a record and CRMmaps ranks the nearest qualified people by distance, with the reason each one fits or doesn't. One click assigns someone the way your admin picked: as the record owner, with an association label or in a property. Or send a few people a request first. CRMmaps writes the change to HubSpot and adds a note to the record.
CRMmaps hosts its own maps, built on OpenStreetMap data, and distances, drive times and directions follow the same OpenStreetMap roads. It works out map coordinates on its side and never rewrites your HubSpot address fields. An admin can mark an object as holding health information, and CRMmaps then never sends those addresses to a mapping or routing provider.
